CBPerformance.com they have very good VW engine parts they are located in California. Go-Drews.com is located in Cincinnatti and they are very reasonable, a little high on some things. I get my parts from CB Performance.

If you're looking into getting an engine "kit", just find out exactly what parts you will get. Some listings for engine kits are very general, and with a few component changes you may have parts that would work better for what you are doing. Some places don't even offer kits because they custom tailor parts for an engine by what the customer is doing with the engine. In the last 12 years I've gotten my parts from Jim's Custom VW's in Columbiana OH. Give him a call at 1-800-621-3503, or check out his site at www.jimscustomvw.com.
