I'm not competing but am a member of The Village OHV Club and will be there supporting the hill climb. I know alot of non buggy people, around 20, that are very excited about the Wellsville hillclimb. I gaurantee at least 3 buy or build a buggy after the SHOW and that good for the sport. :D :D

Throw all the buggys down into Wendy Hollow and ring a bell. The 1st one out, any means necessary, wins. All 7 exits reqire either ground clearance , traction, speed , skill , all or 1 of the above. On the second event, the course that won , will be closed. And same with the 3rd event and so on.We will be like sperm cells under a micro scope.lol. At the end we will all have to get up and out of the baddest exit.THAT will be a very exciting spectator event. JUST ALL AT ONCE! Give it some deep thought.

i agreed with most of everything on here i have not been to a hillclimb event yet but i have seen them on youtube i love buggy riding watching other buggys climb hill. a lot of times i ride by myself but at least i riding i think the hillclimb events bring a lot of people together and thats a good thing and the guys working on it do a great job but i remember unloading on saturday morning and riding til sunday afternoon only stopping to eat work on buggys or rest under a tree and talk shit about who was the crazyness idiot to climb the worst hills around and tried to follow him thats how it all started for me and i miss those days and i consider everyone on this site to be a friend because we share a common pasttime i know we all love and if you cant talk shit between friends who can you talk it to

2500 members on woodsbuggy. 40 or 50 that compete in competitions. I don't compete for various reasons but to those who do its what THEY enjoy. They are hardly taking over or hurting this sight or sport. In many ways they are bringing attention to the hobby. I would rather ride all day than compete also so i do. I've been to 1 competition and i had a good time and met some people i otherwise might not have met. I did not compete and left 3 times to ride a little and came back to watch some more. The majority of buggy people are doing it ride and spend time with friends and others who share a similar intrest. The people who like the climbs are pasionate enough about it to put it together, promote it,work for it and take shit for it. If your pasionate about riding all wknd with a group put it together. Promote it. Have a sat night cookout, whatever, people of similar intrest will show up. Like said earlier COME TO WELLSVILLE!!!!!!! It is 24/7 riding! someone is always on the trails and the the saturday night riding is second to none.

I've only made it to two competitions, but I've been to every one of our parties at wellsville, and I have got to meet a lot of really, really awesome people. I myself enjoy the hillclimbs, mainly because they draw me to go somewhere I have never been, and meet people or hang out with people I never get the chance to. My experience in Kentucky last summer with Willie and gang was one I will never forget, and it's all because of buggies and this site. Some people just look into things a little further than they should..

hhhhmmmmmmmm, i guess its a good thing my internet has been down for a month or i would probably have cut loose on this shit but since its over a week old all im gonna say is people that bash or blame this site or the hillclimbs for the reasons stated earlier such as the ride all day and night or make it or break it climbing, etc...... well they might as well blame the fact that all the favorite "local/free" riding spots are closed down, the fact that there aint bugs and busses sitting on every corner with cheap spare parts anymore, plus the fact that most ran 3 ribs and thought that 2110's and 2275's were BIG motors.....it makes about as much sense as blaming the hillclimbs for all that "used to" shit

"used to do" has come and gone, hell they used to tote water from a spring

we "used to" go to lbl on memorial day EVERY year till a couple of my buddys got dirt cars and none of us has been back since and that was back in 05 when none of us even knew what a "hillclimb series" was but i guess im still gonna blame on that anyways

When they had the king of the hill there was some little Buggys like to of come out of it and every video I have seen of Kevin and wade since then they have not come any closer so the way I see it they are all about equal as far as Wendy hollow goes
