BadVW... I gotta ask... I am guessing that extra pedal is for the front brakes? How do you like that set up? Do you actually use it independently from the rears alot? I guess what I am saying is... should I just put a proportioning valve in or go this route. I also have 4 wheel disk brakes and the fronts are on an akward handle set up that I would like to change.

I use the front brake pedal only for going down hills, if you use a proportioning valve to where the fronts will work will the rears somewhat, it can make it harder to back off hills because you don't want the front wheels to lock up on you and i know they can be adjusted but every time i trail ride then climb hills? I love this setup I have and it also frees up my hand from using front hand brakes and uses it on the cutters instead to help down down a steep curvy hills better around trees 8)

Haha I was checking out them combo spindles it look like they where the 3" lift spindles. I picked up a set at drews the week before it felt like they were no less then 50 pounds!

Them spindles are indeed a set of 3" raised combo spindles with the king kong pins. They have a bearing in the middle instead of a bushing and they are a very nice set......by the way, I don't know if they weigh 50 pounds or more, but if the buggy can lift the front wheels off them ground while climbing hills, the may not weigh that much....

I had a buddy that used this setup that used a ball valve to isolate the fronts from the rear brakes, he did not like it and wished he never done that, he said that if the fronts are turned off, the rears are rock solid brakes, when he turn the fronts on, the pedal is very spongy and they still work, but not as good as the solid feel though......
