Took my buggy out for the first test run saturday blew both wheel cylinders out and shattered a valve spring luckily everything was laying in the cover and that was running it clean back to the truck before realizing the spring was broke im gonna pull the head off and check for damage but think i lucked out valve still moves freely and push rod still looks straight but gonna check it all out too be safe if i would put heavier springs in would i need better push rods i am pretty sure they are stock whats your thoughts

I am also going to do away with the drum brakes after putting new wheel cylinders and blowing the first one right off the bat and also switching my steering to rack and pinion i have one lying here at the house im gonna put on it was hard to keep the wheel in my grasp climbing hills and even running it down the road hopefully the r and p will resolve this
