The Kendall used to be high in zinc before the EPA started cracking down on oil companies to reduce emission causing additives in the oils. Brad Penn is what Kendall USED to be. Its made in the same refinery. Brad penn is the best bang for your buck as far as oil goes right now. And to the guys who like to run 20w50....ITS TOO THICK! Thinner oil will lubricate better and run cooler.

Millers do a fantastic range of high zinc + moly motorsport oils, and for the cheapskates, their 'classic' range is chock full of ZDDP too, don't know whether you guys get that over there though?

I run brad Penn now and have been since motor build! But seems like if I don't change it after a couple good rides "weekends" I'll get a puff of smoke till changed! Mite try this new oil? What y'all think?

It sounds like you have a problem with oil dillution and possibly bad ring seal. I don't think the new gibbs oil is going to cure your problem. Besides that, $130 a case is crazy to me!
