What size motor is on your buggy? The 48 IDA's are pretty good size carbs, I running 44 IDF with different venturis and the 2500 runs extremely strong.

it s a 2443 this was brain drews old motor it is built with good stuff for sure all roller motor it loves these 48 ida s but im running big big cam big heads. i will take 475.00 for ida intakes and linkage and breathers and there still on buggy you can hear them real good set of carbs still look new.

aint nothin wrong with your carbs. your driving the wrong buggy, give your wife her buggy and build your single seater, use that money towards it :wink:

Sounds like you are just trying to eliminate some maintenance and gain a little more reliability. Personally I love having no idea how to clean jets or even locate them. But on the other hand that is alot of money to gain little.

I know what you mean. I have four kids,2 birthdays in dec and all my plates have to be renewed for four vechicles.
