Just piked up new buggy yesterday. Not in bad shape but has room for improvement. This was street car in New York so it needs to be woods prepaired. It also needs to be updated in the power department! Right Mike?????

Very nice Steve. I didn't know you were looking for a new buggy. You may be making a change in the power dept. But I would argue the use of the word "update".

Dont paint any trannys yellow EVER! The one in the new buggy is making noise like a dry bearing. I think these trans are mad because we painted them yellow. I really didn't know I was looking for one either, but I traded raptor for it. I just wanted more elbow room. I also liked the stalker fram that DVS1 and odyknuck have. This one was dun-buggy.com so a week of e-mail and ten hours drive time here it is. Yes Dean it needs an updated power plant. I'm gonna put the 2077 in for now and sell the 1835. So if any one needs good engine make an offer. Thanks guys hope too have it in the woods soon!!

The engine was just built over the winter, line bored, flycut, new bearings, cam, pistons
and jugs. The engine may have 10 hrs on it,hell even the carbs are like new too.The 009 6
ribs is fresh out of a bus, flushed and fresh oil put in.That also only has 10 hrs in the
buggy. The axles and cv's are bus also, stub axles are the bus to bug stubs.Hell the engine
still is not even broke in yet

Above is part of the e-mail that I got from previos owner. Let know what its worth to you

Sounds like WIWI and lots of other ac guys want to see the vw ac engine put into a Subaru to show everyone how it would be better. I hope it catches on and the Japanese begin mass producing the ac Subaru. Then yall can go to the junkyard and get your engines as cheap as us wc guys do. 8)

It looks like the air conditioner pump is still on that motor of yours. Some jeep rigs I have seen have used those for trail air compressor set-ups to air up tires etc.

I'm leaving it on just for that reason! I'm trying to get you some pics of the 3.1 on my buddys car. I'll try to make it overthere this weekend.
