I do not think anyone has to pick.. If they have the time and money, they can compete at both the North and South events..

Personally I just want to ride, not much of a competitor. But I love the events because it brings everyone together.

That's enough for me. Might as well quit while I'm still behind, Jeffy's got us all covered.

This past weekend bragging rights was a genious work by Jesse ,,,he gave me permission to use some of his ideas next year. What do yall think about each state host one similar,,any park or "non park" you choose.,,and then have a Finale " state vs state". or something

Sounds good to me. The southern parks are just time consuming to go to for me. 2 Days of travel to ride one day is rough.

i think the biggest improvement you could make is make the hills less of a race and more of a climb like me reno and toney set up it was tough hills but enjoyable and plenty competed on them all and you dont drive hundreds of miles to sit at one hill watching a race we moved threw 5 hills in all and possibly could have done more if we had been better with organizing the parking at each hill we was a little sloppy on that lol but its a much better show for those watching and much more fun for the drivers i believe. to me it feels like the series has gotten away from what buggies are all about its about the climb they not race cars i understand if you make the hills harder the amount of competitors will most likely drop but something in between extreme and what is being done now could be done just throwing out ideas

I was real surprised only 19 entered,,,but it was more fun and the wife liked the riding between hills. And the crowd was more excited too.....you are onto something Jesse. We got to switch it up from year to year till we figure out what is best.

The hard part , from what I hear, is making it safe if it is not timed. We need hills that are hard to climb but not to dangerous, and thats tricky. But if you can figure it out I think its worth it.

i was told there was only 14 that entered????????

the trouble with this type event is getting everybody shuffled from one hill to another in a timely manner without some going back to the parking lot and or others getting lost when most folks wont have a clue where they are at and knowing there way around

my 2 cents

their was 18 people who got in it but getting people back and forth was not to bad at one point some wanted to go refill the coolers so i said anyone wanting to follow me everyone else follow reno to the next hill just gotta stay on top of things if i had a loud speaker to get everyons attention it would have made things alot more easy lol

It might be fun to make some simple maps and people have to figure out how to get from Hill to Hill..

Maybe even combine Hill Climb and Poker Run.. Climb the Hills and draw a card.. Total pot is split between whoever climbs the most and who has the best hand.

put your cards on top of the hill so that way you have to climb the hill to get your card then on to the next

or you could do your normal poker run with the trails and throw in a couple hard hills with bonus cards on top to give you a better chance but make the hills a challenge make em work for their bonus :D
