Alright, If you look at this picture, i got it off another site, But where the pen is pointed are the holes for the starter jets? .. The next hole over on the same side, has a tube that runs down threw and ends up flush with the top when tightend down. One of these tubes i have does NOT have a hole in the very bottom of it, the other 3 do have this hole. If that doesnt make sense ill try to post a picture of what im talking about But my question is whats the deal with one not having it? Ive looked at parts diagrams, and cant even find that piece in them

Ok that is the fuel enrichment jet is for cold starts . The two hole where the pin is is for the fuel enrichment pistons go in the carb in the pic. has a block off plate where the lever goes to work the pistons to open the port for the jets . Most buggys do not use the fuel enrichmrnt on webers because dirt can get in. That is what the plate is for and you can plug or lock the pistons down so those ports will not be used .

You gotta plug the holes in the bottom too, right? then you can remove the enrichment pistons.

The carbs I have the same plate (gold in color on bottom of picture ,near side of carb) But they still have the little piston deals that move up and down So does this mean they arent doing anything anyways? since its got that plate?

Thats right. If you look in the bottom of the carb, you can see a little hole (near the bottom gasket) below the pistons. If you tap that hole and put a set screw or small plug in that then you can remove those pistons.
