I am an uber noob to this lol!!! I am finally breaking down and using my green buggy for parts. I have never taken torsion bars out or installed them. I dont want to break anything or hurt myself so I figured I would ask the experts! Picture and/or videos would help the most! I imagine some one has a link to a video on youtube.
Thanks again guys and hope to be there memorial day!,

The trick is really getting them on.. Getting them off just takes a good pry bar..

Do you have an IRS or a swing Axle?

Remove your swing arm first.then take the torsion cover off.then what I do is take a tie rod knocker drive it in between the spring plate and housing and I tap the end of the torsion bar with a hammer.when the spring plate come off the stops it got quite a bit of pressure and will kick down.then just pull the torsion bar out.pretty much it.any more questions just ask .Chad
