Nice looking buggy you got there. How do you like the tires cut like that?

Buggy looks really nice. Is that all the further you cut your tires down? They work better if you take off more rubber between the cleats.

Haven't had it out yet to test, Aaron's are cut the same and seem to work well. I know I have more to cut, ran out of time, still have 15 other things to do to get it ready (Fox rear shocks, putting in all new CV's and boots, much more).

Thanks,
Blake

Hey Blake,

What valving did you end up goin with on your Fox? 40/60? You will like them, they are nice parts.

The guy actually talked me into 50/70. I figured if it's too stiff, i can either release some pressure or re-valve them, it's only like $10 to re-valve through them. They should be in on Friday, can't wait!

thanks,
Blake

I agree with going with the 70 rebound. Your wheel and tire combination is quite heavy. That should work good. Don't worry about it being too stiff, it won't be. 50 will be ok. What size torsion bars do you have?

I want to say 30mm but, I'll have to check, they were put in about 5 years ago. I still have the receipt somewhere. Does 30 sound right?

Yeah, they could be 30mm. 28-30 is a good general bar to use with extended arms.
The nice thing about the Fox is they are easy to re-valve if you want to adjust them.
