I put some s.a.w. 28mm bars in my buggy set it up by the instructions for "stock ride hight " and it was too soft
moved it 1 more notch and it seemed perfect but when I adjusted my limit straps up which preloaded the bars some more it rides like a dead axle so my question is how long will it take to relax some ?


Question 2 I cut my stops off and added type 4 jointson my stock bus axle but I have been told that I need to remove the bottom c clip off my axle so it can " Float " in the cv Is this right ?

can't answer you on the torsion bars, but i can tell you that i have ran my joints with no bottom clips, only top clips, for as long as i can remember without any problems. Really they are captivated, they can't go anwhere, and if they did, you'd have a lot bigger problems...
