i put my frontend all together lastnight it is my first time using k/p and i wanted to keep my 4 lug weels so i bought the conversion berrings all went together and work well but the spindle had this spacer on it or i believe thats what it is do i have this together correct the red arrow points to the spacer i was talking about

That looks like the inside of an old bearing. I think it should come off

well is their a spacer that should be on their cause theirs no way to tighten it all down if it was all the way back

Yes there should be a spacer, but the spacer is narrower than the ball bearing race in your picture. I can measure a spacer tomorrow night if you need.

yea i thought the same cause the groove around it but it had something else left in front of that so i figured that was the old race never built a front end what a hastle it has been lol

Confirmed yes there is a spacer it measures .564 width . outside diameter is 1.61 and it has a single groove on outside. I don't know how to post pics on forum but ill post it on buggy builds. I thought there was a spacer been awhile since had one apart lol.
