 Post subject: warrior beam question

what bushings do i need i went and bought some for linkpin but they wont go in far at all like they are to big

I had the same problem. I sanded mine down until it would fit.

I have never figured out the right ones. I sanded mine down as well.

Tell you a little trick if your using the urethane bushings...Please put saftey glasses on and buy a hard wire brush for a grinder. Put the bushing on the trailing arm and take a layer off all the way around with horizontal motions. Check fitment then sand again until the arm will pass through with little effort. Be sure to lubricate the bushings inside and out real good, I like to use anti-seize for the lubricant instead of grease. Arms should rotate with out binding if properly done but should not have any up,down,left,right mothion.

The red ones I bought once would fit in the beam but the arms would not fit in the bushings after being put in the beam . I took a 1 1/2 hole saw and ran it threw untill a snug fit . Worked real good .

the red bushing for a link pin are for a stock beam.. you have to order the bushing FOR a warrior beam, $4.95 a piece at dans performance
