Hi Richard . Back in my young days I used to mess with OLD split windshield vw buses. My oldest was a "57. They had MONSTER kink pin front ends and a while back I saw a chain drive with those king pins. They are MASSIVE with large spindles and still carry a beetle 5 lug pattern. There is a bus farm in Tampa or Bus boys in Calif. is all I know. Motion Industries carries lots of bronze bushings.Bus boys can sell u raised or lowered old bus spindles with or with out disc brake ears.I'm not SURE if they are still in business because it has been so long.If it were me I would go to a giant copy of Austin's A-arms and use a Mazda SUV 17" spare tire RIM with an Agriculture tire from Scott's tire in Pinson.Austin has a 16"Cherokee homemade rim now.

If it were me I would have A-arms...A chain drive is only as good as the front end and there ain't enough travel even with 4 over front arms to compensate for the rear end....So it limits you
