Trying to convert from drum to disc brakes on the rear of the buggy. for some reason when i tighten the rotor on it locks everything up and crushes the rotor into the end of the trailing arm. I am not sure if I need to add some sort of spacer or something. Any ideas or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Did you put 3 spacers in the bearing housing? There is a spacer for the aftermarket rotors, but it lives on the outside of the rotor. It's not going to solve what you got going on. Double check how you put things together.
