 Post subject: need help on rear arms

Put new arms on buggy,I put 1 washer on outside part of arm. I did not on trans side of arm. what did i do wrong ? arm is binding, bolt is almost threw flange. Can somebody help?

You should have 2 washers on the outside of the arm. Make sure you have the metal tube in the rubber bushing too.

I can't remember if it is 1 or 2 washers against the pivot bolt head,but I know they go on the outside.

Both washers go on the outside of the arm between the bolt head and arm.

This one only has had only one washer for the last three years as I only had a spare pivot bolt but no spare washer out on the trail when one fell out..
