i plan on going with the coil over conversion kit. i have one side completed, the other side i have unloaded an the cover off but the torsion bar wont budge. anybody have any suggestions on how to get this sucker outta here?

First off, Welcome aboard. If you do not need the bar, weld a nut on the end of it that will fit a slide hammer. Then slam away. You could also drill an 1/8" hole thru the torsion housing next to the center splines and spray it with PB Blaster and let it soak for a few days. Or if your using the flush style Torsion elimiter plates then cut the end of the bar with an air powered cutoff disk.

if you have one side already out take a piece of pipe or rod smaller than the end of the torsoin bar and drive it out from the other side.piece of rebar anything to drive it out,they can be difficult to get out at times.chad :mrgreen:
