Post subject:  Dellorto 40 Starting Point

We've put together a 1915 and need some expert advice for starting point with the single Dell.
I've got a dell 40 on loan that is one from a dual set with 140 and 60 jets.
The 1915 has a cam that Afterburnt claims is really close to a w110 and stock rocker arms. 9.2:1 compression.
New cylinder heads 40 X 35.5 valves, gaskets matched .
Empi IDF intake w/ the manifolds opened.
I'm running a 3 rib.
Short of just bolting the carb on and hoping for the best what should I change to meet my needs?

Thanks,
