Whens the last time you saw a car hauling a tandem axle trailer. But then again not to many have big v-8's or weigh what the old cars did.

I have an old one, this is from cabin creek, west virginia. back then, they built those buggies with anything they had laying around, if you look at the fenders, they are actually made out of refridgerator doors, and they still have the handles on them. its pretty cool., oh ya, and look at his hood orniments, pretty unique.

Well I grew up here, land of the "I can see for 26 miles on a clear day" flat ground. So we didn't do this as a kid. Just curious for those of you who grew up in this, what your dads think of your buggies these days?

Mine likes them .Says he would have killed for what we have today back then . He will never own another one but is retiring at the end of the year and swears he is going to build a Rock crawler out of a 78 ford f150 I have so Mom and him can idle around and watch....we will see

Ya, my dad never had jack like that when I was little. He was doin good enough to provide a decent life for us.
He has a 3" lifted 79 CJ on 33" swampers now that he follows us every now n then, too. I love it when he goes even though I gotta wait a ton on the Jeep.
