my kids go cart just a 7.5 horse full suspension go cart but tons of fun. size and power gives it limitations which lead me to start a 4 seater buggy

Put any fwd V6 in the back seat. It will be your best passenger. It won't nag or tell you to pull over and stop or go the easy way , I want to go home, etc,etc.
