that is your pivot point where your trailing arm meets the torsion. Do you put a pin in it to keep the bolt from backing out?

That is where the trailing arm bolts on to the rear torsion. Add that piece and put a keeper pin in it to keep the trailing arm bolt from falling out. It's a bit of a pain to get that back in if your on the trail. Happened to me once, hope it doesn't happen again.

Thats a sweet idea welding that piece of tube there so you can have a keeper bolt or pin. I caught that big bolt backing out on mine once, if I wouldn't have it would have been bad. Sweet trick Roy. The buggy is looking really clean so far Dave, the fab work is great.
