Just about the entire state of WV is outlaw/freelancing trails, there are more buggies/atvs per square miles than any other eastern states :D I personally like East Lynn alot and would love to go there more often this year.

littleton, al is also a very large free place to ride look up banner mines on google earth to see it, tons of hills and trails and mud and atv trails, every type of riding pretty much, jus most of it isnt cut yet for jus hill climbing, also brookside/ mt. olive, al is free and some good riding out there as well
