Just got back from an awesome ride this past weekend. A group of 14 buggys left camp (treverton, pa) friday morning at 8am. We went through shamokin, centrailia, shandoa, saint claire, hugins, to black wood. We arrived at camp in blackwood, pa at around 9pm or so where we had gas, food, and tents waiting. Only lost 1 buggy along the way(had a trailer on call that came an picked him up). After eating and getting some sleep we left the next morning 7am. Drove to the 901 pub for breakfast. After that 2 guys decided to call it quiets so they got picked up while the 11 buggy left cruised on out all the way back to camp in treaverton, arrived at about 10:30 pm. Was an awesome experience and stopped an saw some unique places along the way. Got tons of pics posted in my photobucket if your interested in seeing the trip. Just was alot of fun (27 hours abut total of driving in the buggy) and cant wait for next years ride.

I didn't even know you do something like that in PA. Are these trails legal to ride on?

Most of them yes. We have to cut through a few patches of state game land but we didnt have any problems. This was our first time trying this. We plan on doing this annually. Cost $20 a person and that pays for 1 breakfast at a buffet, dinner when we got to the destination, and having a guy haul our gas, gear, tents and what not from or starting camp to our destination. Also he was on call to come get a buggy encase of a break down. Which we had 1.

We limit it to 20 buggys and buggys only, 2 groups of 10 but we had 14 buggys this time and so we just went as a big group. (has to be a reliable buggy and pass an inspection)

Was and awesome trip and I cant wait for next years!
