I was looking for places to go ride - the boys like to drink beer - night ride but stay out of trouble. We have a few toy haulers so camping is a must....and I would like to say thanks to all the very nice people on here that has already gave me so great information. NOTHING like people who like to have fun huh??? |

Have you been to Beasley Knob yet? It's in Blairsville. Check the web site before you go. If it rains they might close it down, it also closes Jan thru Mar.. Primitive camping only. There are two places to enter, never been to the 1st entrance out of B'ville. We've allways gone to the 2nd. It's a small sign, but if you look for the propane tanks on the right thats it. |

Yeah, we've been there a few times, they want something that they can't finish in 3 hours, hard to please, that's why we always end up at Windrock, Coal Creek in TN - the only thing with up there now is that it cost you out the #(( to go because you have to camp in the camp grounds and they don't like being told to go to bed at 10 unless you are out riding, which Idon't like it either. |

Have you been to chocolocco mtn? It's the other side of Anniston Al, Been there once for labor day weekend, they have mild to wild, cheap to camp and ride all night if you want. Pay attention to the map cause we got hung up on a rocky trail that had the potential to get ugly. |

I've seen to many "try" to do it and come down flippin'.... but we did make thru the blue rock - going down that is |
