For anybody that has ridden or plans to ride at the Leeds, AL riding spot, listen up. I'm referring to the area that spans from Floyd Bradford road to the Shops of Grand river, and back to Moody/Leeds (both sides of the Cahaba).

A buddy and I were ATV riding there last weekend. We have ridden out there for years without incident, but wanted to let things cool off after the girl drowned back in March. Sure enough, we got stopped by the Game Warden. He said that since the girl drowned, they were asked by US Steel to regularly patrol the area and keep out all riders. We got a warning, but he said eventually they will start arresting people. We do not plan on going back out there. It's a shame because this is such a great place to ride.

This may be common knowledge by now, but I haven't seen any topics on this yet. Just wanting to get the word out.

Game wardens are a good thing. They keep the riff raff and hunters out for us.

Far end near the old train bridge across I-20.

We saw a stock looking Tacoma over on the Floyd Bradford side, so I'm pretty sure the Warden could still get back there. He was in a 4x4 F150.
