i am wanting to buy a three rib close to koppel pa let me know what you have and the price thx

I have 3 rib for a mid engine asking $200 I was told that all you have to do if flip ring to make work on rear engine

Only way a 3 rib works in a mid engine is to mount it upside down.
If your ring gear is flippable, it's a sedan transmission.

67 and older busses had sedan style trannies but they aren't identified as 3 ribs.

that sure did confuse me,its probaly a car tranny

Jim's Custom VW's in Columbiana, Ohio has one he just finished rebuilding. It has the stronger 3.78 ratio 1st gear. Give him a call.

ya that where i am getting parts from now he will be asking more than i am willing to spend tough he is a lil pricies on the motor and trannys i hope i can find a cheaper one cause i got some money but ot a lot to play with thx anyway!
