I was trying to raise my engine for more ground clearance and found this mount. Unfortunately, it will not fit with my torsion housing and frame horn supports so I am going to redrill my current mounts.

My loss is your gain...

Wow.. I am overwhelmed with the response for this tranny mount. There are so many posts, I am having trouble reading them all...

No one has a bus tranny they need to mount? Mckenzies does not sell these mounts but they said they are the most bad ass mounts available.. (and they increase your ground clearance)

Hmmm... how about $100 bucks donated to woodsbuggy.com. I know that I am not going to get what I paid and I would rather have the money donated to the website.

That mount does fit a stock torsion and horns. Its what I used to run. Its made by suspensions unlimited. You have to cut the nose pipe that is welded to the frame down to be shorter. It is left long so you can use several different trannys or torsions. Then the rear mounts need to be cut shorter and so that the cv cups are as close as you can get to the frame horns. Dont raise your motor! You will start popping cv's cause the angle will get too steep. That is a very good mount. It allows the motor and tranny to have a little give so when you take off it takes stress off the drive train. The cradle system they use for the rear is great! Its super strong. I can tell you anything you want to know about this mount.
