I am finally selling the power steering kit that I originally bought for the single seater when I was building it and decided not to use it, it has a Charlynn Torque generator, brackets to mount the generator, power steering pump, bracket for the pump, 1.5 qt. reservoir w/filter, coupling for generator, and more. I bought these items brand-new from Race-Ready Products and it ran me over $1400, I am asking $1250 OBO my loss, your gain! Please ask me any questions about this unit and I will be glad to answer them for you. Thanks for looking!! They make mounting brackets for the pump for all kinds of other engines besides VW as well.

The pump bracket mounts on the outside 2 mounting studs for your alternator stand and it has a mounting arm that attaches the bracket to the lower part of the block as well, the pulley that you will need is a special 2-piece or you can buy a small pulley that you can put on your crank pulley by drilling a dowel pin hole or weld them together. Here is an example if what you can use......

This one is to use on your current pulley and it comes with a longer bolt and a small hole to drill into the main pulley for a dowel pin and then weld it on if you want to......http://www.howeperformance.com/images/a ... ig/320.htm

And they make one is a one-piece pulley that has 2 pulleys made in one piece and it runs around $200 or so and cannot remember the website that makes them, I will post that one on here as soon as I find out. The one pictured runs around $70.

I was going to on the single-seater, but I changed my mind and was going to put on a power steering rack, after I rode the rail a few times, I decided that I did'nt need power steering at all.

I still have this setup and will be bringing this with me to the Halloween ride at D&K this weekend so whoever is interested in it look for the black F-350 with a 28-ft. box trailer and that will be me. Thanks, Chad

I still have this nice power steering setup and I even lowered the price to $900!! I don't need this anymore and need to get rid of it, I am tired of moving it around the garage, it is still brand new. I will also have it posted on ebay for the same reserve price, so let me know if you're interested. Thanks, Chad 8)
