Call me what you must.. I have changed my mind.. I am going to stick with an air cooled engine. After spending many hours in the garage, I have come to the conclusion that it is just going to be to difficult to fit everything into my dunebuggy. I already have a four seater with only 106 inch wheel base and the rear seats take up a lot of room. I know it could be done but I will lose my ability to see out the rear of the buggy and I really like to see behind me. Here is what I have.. A few weeks ago I bought Firebugs EJ 22 Subaru engine and got everything else new. I have everything you need sitting in my garage. Engine, Header, ECU (mounted in Ammo box), Wiring Harness, already shortened oil pan and sump, Kennedy adapter plate, lighted flywheel, Fuel pump and filter kit from Outfront Motors, new header gaskets and new intake gaskets. It just needs to be installed and you are ready to go. I have spent over $1750 in the past few weeks but I am willing to sell everything for $1500. My loss is your gain.. thanks Dan |

You better hold onto the stuff for a week or so just in case you change your mind again. You must have been a Woman in your prior life! |

No going back now. I placed an order with Tim from Southern Buggies for a 2276 stoker motor. I was surprised to see that it costs more to rebuild my VW motor than to buy the entire Subaru engine, adapter plate, radiator and fuel pump. Dan |

Hello all, I bought a old 4 seater buggy about 3 weeks ago. I want to go with a water cooled setup along with alot of other changes. I also think that this is a great price for all of the parts your getting. How much to ship to Bradenton, Fl. 34202. |

Thanks Odyknuck.. But I already have a 2276 being built by Southern Buggies. Although, i sure will think about my Subaru every time I bend a push rod or clean out the carburetor. |
