I'd like to find an axle that is broke or bent. I plan to cut it in half to make an axle jig out of it for different length arms to mock up. Needs both splined ends. Let me know, thanks. |

I looked for a broken axle for the same reason and found nothing. I ended up making a mock up axle without the splines, which you really don't need anyway. All that is needed is some thing to keep the cv's aimed at each other and something that the length is adjustable. I could do another one for you if you want or perhaps send you the one I have to do your set up with. Just saying. |

I got one u can use for awhile . I won't be needing it anytime soon. Its a perfectly good axle I cut in half to get my axle lenghts. Its adjustable . I think u can see it in buggy build pics . U can use it if u want |

Thanks for the replies. I was just brainstorming how I could make arms to fit "standard" size axles with micro stub hubs. I'm not quite ready yet, but I'd like to build my dad a set and in the process of doing that build a jig that is there to reproduce them if needed in different sizes. I'll keep you posted. I make just make something out of tubing instead of an axle. |

I used a bus axle and taped the end up with electrical tape. Had to just about drive it in the CV but worked good. |
