8 ply 31" Goodyears V tread On 12" steel rims 4 lug vw pattern. I just got them, been doin a lot of wheelin and dealin lately. As far as I can tell there are no holes, plugs or slices anywhere on the tires. They have tubes in them though. Rims are in good shape no big dings or dents. talk to me about the rockers, whats stock ratio? im doing a 2007cc with a c35 cam ported stock heads 40mm carbs 5 rib?????? witha greater ratio am i thinking right ill have more lift, dwell time to bring more air with the lesser heads????

Honestly I dont know what brand the rockers are. C35 is a scat cam, I have c25 in my 1915 I know they suggest 1.25 with that. Not sure on c35 try to look it up make sure itll work ok. Im thinking it will.

THis is my finding.
SCAT C35 Type 1 Camshaft, 1.1 or 1.25 Rockers, 20005 is designed for 1.1-1.25 rockers, and it's specs are .381" Cam Lift, .420"/1.1s and .476/1.25s, with 285 degrees of advertised duration, and 246 degrees of duration at .050", on a 108 Lobe Center
