I need a set of four lug wheels that will fit a pair of TSL swampers, 28x8.5x14....... orrr a set of 4 lug to ford five lug wheel adaptors, just let me know what you have

I've got a set (4) of 14" slot mags, 4 lug vw. They would need picked up from 44312. $150 or trade. They ade in a buddy's shed, so I couldn't get pics for a few days.
