I bought mine off of shoptalkforums.com and they where from CA. the guy said they where on a 1915. i paid somewhere around 400 for mine, i bolted them right onto a new 2387 back in spring of 2009 and is running to this day. i never touched the inside of them or changed jetting. its the chance you have to take, i did and it turned out good.

There is a crossbar with ends, and the pieces that go on the carbs to hold the crossbar. For what you can buy mine for, you can rebuild them ( I rebuild any used carb before use ), have them setup for your engine (jetting and vents) and finish up the linkage, and still be reasonable. http://www.thesamba.com/vw/classifieds/ ... id=1043311 |
