Hey guys... I have a 7 foot push pull cable (brand new - other than test fit). I must have measured wrong, it's a foot short, I think... Anyway if you have a good used 6 footer, and need a 7 footer I will trade... Otherwise I will sell for 30.00 plus shipping.

I am worried that the push pull may not work for me but can't tell till I get the right cable... I think I will work on a standard cable in the nylon sleeve as a back up idea.

You can get a cable extension made that will thread on the end. That is what some of my buddies did for use with the cam style actuator on a throttle body. you can also extend it with all thread and a coupler. That may save you selling and replacing

Yup, red thing is this 7 foot cable is at least a foot to long... I need a shorter one...

If you have a marine mechanic/ shop they an shorten the cable and re thread the end. I suppose I should read for comprehension

Ah for what that will cost I can get another one I bet... If I can't sell it, I will cut the ends off and use the thing as a cable guide... Would be a waste but I am not buying another one... Only want the buggy completed as it sits at the moment.
