i would verify with davis motorsports on the engine build , they are a longtime sponsor on the site and very reputable company . only thing i read that is a fail is the 3 rib ... your going to run out of gear fast with the big boy engine . not a bad deal at all though in my opinion .

did i miss something here? i think so! but im assuming that you bought or are looking at that red buggy with the srtoker built by davis motorsports! if so , that was a hell of a deal, and a nice buggy. but yes it needs a 6 rib tranny in it.

 Hehe.

Yes you got me.

What u think the cost will be to switch out tranny to a 6-rib. Splines are different for the cv shafts too right?

600 usually for a 6 rib. the cvs on it should bolt rite up unless there 930's but the ad never stated that. you might have to change bell housing depending on what kind is on the buggy. but i would grenade that tranny in one day with that motor.you got a hell of a deal on it i'll tell you that!update your profile with your location so we all know where your from too. welcome to the site!
