davehix wrote: nice vid!!! well nitro guess that anchor isnt heavy enough to stop that boat hell no he could'nt, nitro i've got to say that big ol trail rid'in two seater hung in that a-class with the best of them , to bad that some people looked at these hills as to easy , and some said they were to hard , because you did well clayton (who was wider , longer & heavier along with bruce sutherland than any two seater there did great) others decided they could'nt compete by just looking instead of trying these hills , that just says a little bout what they think of their buggies , so dont blame no one but yourself that youre buggy can't do the same , if you did'nt try , as i said before run what ya brung & hope ya brung enough , its none of your competiters fault that you was not ready , no one gave or donated their parts to them , they worked hard to get their buggy as ready as it was that hillclimb , so my advice to any one that did not compete for one of these reasons is to spend your down time thinking of a way to make your car turn quicker & run faster at these events , instead of complaining about something you can't change !!! :rol some of these same people considered the b-class to be a baby class , but i've seen their cars in action & think they should of been proud they would've made it to that class , some think they have more than what they really have and get mad at you for doing better , so do some evaluation & if after that you're not happy (its not someone elses fault)!!! so suck it up , as i said before its not your competiters fault , if he's put more time & money in his or her ride , and consideration of ideas on how to make his or her car better in these competitions !!!! theres a thread on this site for those kinda ideas & input that will help a lot !! i was proud to finish 2nd in b class or baby class ( as some of the people that did'nt even enter called it , because they would have been embarresed to let people know where they rightfully belong i guess) so considering my driving skills i am very happy to have finished without complications & damage to my car !! although the main reason i ran over that tree , was plain & simple (low alchaol content) but as for the rest of these parks , i can solve that problem & concentrate on kick'in booty !! hahahahaahahahahahah |

I can tell you this much, Wes was proud as a peacock that he won the B Class. This is the first time he ever won in any of the events he's entered. He usually always enters the hill climbs just to contribute and have some fun. He didn't expect to win, but to his surprise he did and he loved it. |
