How does the youtube button work? I have tried to use it several times and it will not post the video.

Ive only posted the URL. Until you mentioned it I never noticed it there.

not sure if your looking to just post a vid from youtube to here but the simplest way i can say is right click on the video and go to copy link location and go back to your post and right click and hit paste it will just show the link you can click on not the video image but either way you gotta click to watch it hope this helps

It is pretty easy. Just click the "youtube" button and add the Video number in between the youtube brackets.

The video number will look like this xrPhiTegk7Q To find your video number look in the youtube URL. You should see something that will say v=xrPhiZegk7Q That is your Video Number

The way I do it is paste the link. Then I highlight it, while it is highlighted click the you tube button and wala.

When you see a video on Youtube and would like to post a video on here, here's how you do it......when you are on a Youtube page watching a video, you will see a "embed" code right below the author of the video and left click the coding so it will highlight blue then right click so a small menu will pop up and click on "copy" then go back to the forum to where you want to post a Youtube video, first click on the "youtube" button on the same page that you are posting it and you will see this.....[youube][/youube] make sure that your cursor mark is right in between the codes and then right click and then "paste" and your coding should be filled in between the codes and preview your post to make sure it is working properly and then submit your post Click on "quote" on this post and you will see how the coding is applied......
