Well we had another good time with the family at Turkey bay . Nate (green buggy ) had a blow out on a rear tire Bmoore (blue buggy ) had some ignition problems and I had a huge root sticking out of a bank run up in my wheel and snatched us around in the trail and bent my passenger 2x3 arm but other than that we had a blast met some more really nice people and saw some cool buggies . We just got home and I am already wanting to go back !
Here is one of the places we stopped and played We have always called this spot the "Gravel pits" very loose and hard to get started at the bottom

not enough ground clearance !! Must spend more $$$$$

Looks like you guys had another great trip. That rocks. Hopefully, I can get my buggy back together and get back on the trails soon enough.

we used to stay at cedar lane till it closed then we just kinda jumped around but i will not stay at the early american
i went over there to hang out with some friends staying there and it was a dump.............. but the last trip we stayed at that big resort in one of the cabbins and it was pretty nice but more expensive .......... they have a breakfast bar at the hotel part that was as good as shoneys and a good price also however this was back in 2005 and i really want to go back as soon as funds allow

Looks like y'all hada goood time!
Why do ya gotta spend more money to get more ground clearance? Just adjust what ya got to sit how ya want!

I was mostly being sarcastic to my riding buddies on here but as you know you can only go so far with stock bus joints . I need to move my engine and trans back about an inch or so to line my stub axles and drive flanges up and then i could have a little more angle to play with and wouldnt cost me anything but some time but if I am going to go thru the trouble of upgrading to race prep joints or type 4 joints and move my mounts back I might as well convert it to a six rib trans before I grenade all my stock 3 ribs and cut the stock vw horns off and make it flat bottomed you know how it is you always wont what you aint got
