Welcome to the site!! In my opinion, you made a wise decision in getting your family into a buggy instead of four wheelers, especially if you got young 'uns! 100 times safer. Hope you dont mind wrenchin' though. Thats a huge part of our hobby. Especially in the beginning. Dont get discouraged! I imagine you'll be amazed at how some obstacles in the woods seem like nothing in a buggy, when they made you pucker up in a Jeep! There's no such thing as a dumb question when building your first buggy, so ask away! Larry |

I really like that frame! Looks like you're already set-up for a bellhousing mount for a bus tranny. By the way, I think you oughta go ahead and use all four seats, that rear seat in the middle is dead in the way of the tranny. Maybe hold off on mounting anything too permanently till you get the drive train sorted out. |

Lookin great. I am glad to see you went through with the buggy. As for the bead locks on the front. Unless you just like the way they look I wouldn't worry about them. The bead locks are really ment to keep the wheel from spinning obn the rim. I would recomend that you put tubes in the front if you ever bend your rim the tubes will most likely stay inflated and keep the tire up. My 2 cents on the suject. |

Might won't to consider putting a piece of lexan behind thad babby girls seat to protect her from oil and the heat. All you need to make sure is that you have 4-5 in from the radiator and put two decent fans onto the radiator and it should not be a problem. I will be starting on a four seater later this summerand it will be wc as well. Your buggy looks cool were glad to see more family's getting involved |

You going with a suby motor when you build yours? Been wondering if I should have.[/quote] I will be puttin a 2850 esslinger motor on it or a 2500 ranger motor the subby has to many wires and sensors the simpler the better for me. |
