Broke in the new race motor this weekend! Thanks to Sattler water brake dyno service! and thanks to drews again for great prices! The motor dynoed 255hp :shock: ...well, not really. Its back in the 170s again.

Just some big-ported heads, and good compression! It makes peak torque at 4100rpm, so its still not a "drag" motor. Its a big mid-range motor. It is soooo easy to drive. And really, it wouldn't be a bad woods motor :)

is it just me or is there lids over the stacks on the right side carb? are you actually blocking air to there?

yes, we did last year. I don't know about HP difference, but no more oil coming out everywhere! :mrgreen:
