Thanks for catching that on film KY-BC. The tranny in the new rail is geared to low, the first couple attempts were in first gear and I couldn’t get the wheel speed I needed. I was about to quit trying when some guy with a big red chain drive (Curt) talked me into it once more. I forget his exact words but I think they were something like (hit it as hard as you can don’t be a wimp). So off I went starting in 2nd gear and the rest is history. After watching it, now I know what bent and scratched my entire engine cage and I think the two trees took care of my new front shock and mount. Also that might have been what caused the ball joint fell out later that night. Did I mention this was my second weekend driving this buggy  . Finally I have proof of a roll being it’s the 4th-5th one.

I'm not sure if it was the hill Shaggy you are talking about or M-fer.
Here I am on Shaggy

I'm not sure if anyone got me climbing M-fer. It was just Jeff Clay, Kyle Martin, and me on that hill for a while. I think I climbed it again when everyone else showed up but don’t know if it’s on film.

I had a blast meeting everyone from woodsbuggy and seeing all the action. It was a perfect weekend except when I fell asleep during the party.

Very glad you are OK, and didnt KILL your buggy. Could have been VERY bad

You would not have been a wimp if you decided not to hit it again, IMO.

Like I said they weren’t his exact words. Don’t get me wrong, I wasn’t trying to down Curt. He is one hell of a guy and I am easily talked into doing some shit. Curt fill in what you said I can’t remember after bouncing off a few trees.

I'm just glad it didn't hurt you and it didn't hurt your buggy that bad either. I'm glad we got to ride with you. You put on a hell of a show for everyone everywhere you went. Your welcome to ride with us anytime.

Curt

Sorry Curt, I wasn’t blaming you. I’m 33 and take full responsibility for any and all actions I do, good or bad. Sorry, I guess I worded that way wrong and stirred up some shit. Do you want me to delete it so the Curt daemons don’t come out again?

Helllllllllllllllllllll...NNOOOOOOOOOOOOOo!!!

I didn't take it the wrong way, we're all friends. I thought it was funny. I laughed when I read it. Don't worry about stirring anything, you know I live for that. LOL

Curt

Don't worry Curt he blamed the last one on poor old DVS1. Looks like you guys had a blast wish i would have made it down. Hillaholic offered me a seat and i was regretting not taking him up on it till i watched the video. Just kidding brad, looked like a hell of a ride. Maybe some day my junk will be reliable enough to bring down.

If anyone ever wants a hell of a ride just ask him. He can put that buggy places i would never imagine it should go and some places it probably shouldn't.
