All i have to do is weld on some treebars and buy a few more motor components and i'll be ready to hit the woods.

very nice buckmaster. if i can suggest one thing you might have already done, but use sparkplug grease on those wires. i had a set of them and when i pulled them off the plugs i ripped the ends out and they SUCK to recrimp. looks good now get it in the buggy :)

Good tip,thanks.Is anyone running one of those trick Alt.pulleys from Tims,that are smaller so the fan speed will remain the same with a power pulley?If so is there a certain size belt i need to have or will a regular 1 fit.Hey Kyle you coming to the hill climb?

My motor is super wide,i have like an inch between the fan shroud and cyl.covers,you can see them in the pics.What should a man use to fill the gaps up so i dont lose a ton of air

nice tree bars but I really like your switches above the windshield. That looks great and keeps everything out of the way.

I also liked the way you dropped the fuel tank down. I did the same thing on my buggy to allow for more visibility out the back of the buggy.

i would definately invest in an air box setup if you run d&k or any other dusty places cause m.ralston burnt rings up after a weekend at d&k. just hope it rains on the week prior and that will help but it is still the best place i have ever rode and prolly will be the best place i will ever ride. that thing looks good man hope to see it in the woods.

Hey Buckmaster, The belt number for that pulley from Tim's is a Gates XL 7325. Tim should have the number also. The buggy looks get.

Well guys i dont think im going to make it to D&K, i cut my pushrods too long and things are not going right.I should have not been a cheap ass and let someone else build the motor,so Larry if you see this before your PM i will get you taken care of by mail in a couple days.Everybody have a good and safe time and hopefully i'll see ya'll on the next run.
