Wow....that Essinger motor looks very nice, I bet it is around $5-7k engine depending on the options done to the motor, I may be wrong about the price range though, I looked at them before on the internet and it can go as high as $15k for an all-aluminum engine. Does that engine put out around 230-280 HP? Are you going to run dual Webers 44's? Very nice buggy by the way. |

very nice buggy that engine is beautiful i run a 2.3 ford pinto engine but it dont look that good. i have another 2.3 engine iam going to build as soon as my garage is done.anyway very nice job bro |

Very nice work. I would be interested in getting some more information about that transaxle in the chain drive. It looks familiar to me but can't place it. What mods are required to use this transaxle? (internal) Cool stuff you got going on down there. |

Roy the trans is not stock it was built by Curts dad Bernard burns I do not know much more than that he also built curt's Rockrocket's Buzbee's bo's and several outhers and none of them that I know of has hade trouble sorry we have never ran automatics ask me mid summer and I will know a lot more Although I do know that stock transmissons do not last it has to do with the ammount of bands stacked in the drum . |
