Well, Im sorry to say that I will not be able to make it Memorial weekend The guy that we were renting the first floor from (lives upstairs) just had a death in the family and will be moving out. So unless I can come up with an extra $900 a month over what Im paying now, we will have to be out by the end of May. And there is no way I can get the baja done plus move all that stuff.

I did manage to get all of the bodywork done to whats left of the body and get it in primer.

The people at the paint store told me that I needed to use a light colored primer with the color that I had chosen for the frame so I had to respray the whole thing in grey again

I hope to be able to get the frame and body painted before I take the car to its new home so we dont get overspray all over the new shop. But thats probably about the only work I will get done to the baja before it gets moved.

This really sucks, because I will really looking forward to going and meeting you guys. Maybe Labor Day..........

whats going on in Ocala in july? i need to know so i can plan for it.

No big deal. My family and I are gonna be in Daytona on vacation at our time share and I'm gonna pull my four-seater ( my wife's, actually) down there if I get it finished and tagged by then. Me and Flabaja talked about going for a ride in Ocala Ntl Forest while I'm down there. I'll post it if it works out and maybe you could go too!

Being done by July should not be a problem. We are going to look for a place to move to today. Really not looking forward to the move, but it will be nice to try and get things half way organized again.
