Been in a few of em, they ride good and all, but feel like going down the trail in a Peterbilt. Pretty sucky really. There are a few that actually perform like that, as long as the trail is 9' wide. The rest just lug around on their squishy sloopy suspension. Some even flip over on top of other buggies in parking areas.

I got a chance to drive this buggy for about a 1/2 hour on some hills in Cartersville Ga when I bought the vw engine off of it and I told Rock I could not believe how soft the ride was and how it would creep over rock ledges in 2nd gear just above idle . It would be the set up at brutons but would suck at turkey bay where the trails are alot tighter
I wouldnt mind converting my 4 seater IF IF IF IF I ever get my single seater finished.

as far as pure adreniline goes , theres nothing like a ac motor screaming to the top of its f**kig lungs behind your seat climbing the same hill , just ask michael hyde , but i'd like to have one to run around in on sunday after a hell of a saturday in my one seater , theres plenty of room for error in one of these rigs !!!
good climb kevin !

My buggy is better than all of you guys'. I could go up that stinkin' hill in revese with a FWD motor connected to the front and rear wheels iwth chains right off of the front and back of the crank with no transmission. I would only stud the front tires and run Rim Guards uncut on the back with 54 inch boggers up front. Then I would pee in all of your gas tanks. How about that?

Not only is Kevins CD one bad ass machine, he is one hell of a driver. Ive been riding with Kevin for many years now. Ive seen him climb stuff that I just knew couldnt be climbed. Great job Kevin and i think you fixed the stub axle problem.

Yeah, I remember when Kevin broke up in fultondale. I believe the rightside rear stub axle snapped in half near hill number one during bragging rights.
