The only hill Curt could climb at D&K and it took 3 tries. If your the best it should have only taken 1 try. But he did make it little buggys only take 1 time. I am not good as a hill climber but it only took me 1 try to get up this one.

Hey bruce I have that same vid but from the otherside and im pretty sure it took 4 trys not 3 Ill have to watch it again but dont you always back down a hill 3 times before you try it so you know you can back down?Ive never heard of that hill climbing method ,the only way im backing down is if I dont make it and Ive backed down more than Ive gone up probably.

Most of the time when I climb a hill I will roll up 1/2 way or so and back off a couple of times just to get the feel of it.

You was not training the person in that buggy. I would bet he was training you!!! And I am with you dunebuggy79 if I am going to climb a hill I do not try it 3 or 4 time before I make it. If I do not make it the 1st try I will stop digging it out so other people can try it. After that day it was not climbable anymore from the ruts. And yes Dean every one does line up on a hill 1st but there is a difference!

I like to line up and try after 1 beer, then try again after 2 beers. and so on . sometimes it takes as much as a six pack to make it half way.
