Posted using the WoodsBuggy Mobile App I am attempting to shorten the cage it looks gay its so tall the windshield bar is staying the same the center of the cage is 5 inches shorter the same with rear section

Just an observation. The way your building your cage using the hoop approach is what I refer to an accordion waiting to fold. The example cage shown is built front to back and is in compression an has twice the strength. Food for thought. |

Posted using the WoodsBuggy Mobile App The cage ain't done yet. It will get tied in with the bumpers 2 down bars in the rear that will support all 3 cage bars . Still got some 1 inch tubing to be installed . And most of the cage surrounding the People is a 120 wall all the Xing is a 95 wall it would take a lot 2 fold this cage . If the cage ever got folded someone would be doing s*** they shouldn't have been into |

If the cage ever got folded someone would be doing s*** they shouldn't have been into When plumber bills cage folded up he was going 10MPH and rolled down a hill. If you notice the rear of the cage did not fold as it was supported. It put him in the hospital with a concusion. Hope you plan on coming down from the top front of the cage to the front of the frame. It's not as much about the wall thickness as it is the geometry of the cage. |
