Put new arms on buggy,I put 1 washer on outside part of arm. I did not on trans side of arm. what did i do wrong ? arm is binding, bolt is almost threw flange. Can somebody help? |

You should have 2 washers on the outside of the arm. Make sure you have the metal tube in the rubber bushing too. |

I can't remember if it is 1 or 2 washers against the pivot bolt head,but I know they go on the outside. |

Both washers go on the outside of the arm between the bolt head and arm. ![]() ![]() ![]() This one only has had only one washer for the last three years as I only had a spare pivot bolt but no spare washer out on the trail when one fell out.. ![]() Hope this helps. |
