Is 350 Dollars a little high for a full IRS torsion kit with trailing arms.

In my opinion it would be a little high if the beetle was still attached. You may be able to do better.

It will be welded onto the frame allready.

Whaddya mean, they are including labor to weld it to your frame....or you are buying a Beetle pan with the torsion still on it?

Thats the cost outright from the place he is getting his frame. That is the price welded in the new frame.
